Metal roofing and cladding - Metal Overclad
2800m2 of overclad to existing roof. Relined gutters, replaced parapets and caping and overlaid roof including upgrading to current u-values with 200mm insulation.
Retail Complex, Carlisle
Flat roof overlays - Felt
Over 2000m2 of an old bitumen felt roof cleaned back, repaired, and new layer of base coat and mineral cap sheet applied. 20yr warranty provided.
BathShack, Belfast
Flat roofing - Felt
Old leaking Asphalt roof repaired and new layer of base coat and cap sheet fitted. New metal flashings over old concrete copings fitted. Warranty supplied and good for another 20+ years
Water Treatment Facility, Enniskillen
Flat roofing- Single ply Maembrane
Leaking PVC roof with pooling water.
Overlaid with fleece backed membrane, new boundary wall outlets and metal capping fitted.
Commercial Property, Country Tipperary
Roof Refurbishment Project
Complete refurbishment of all tiled, flat and asbestos roofs.
Replaced flat roof decks and applied two new layers of felt including to all gutters, upstands and tiled roofs. Overclad asbestos with new metal sheeting.
Connswater Retail Park, Belfast
Maintenance works - Gutter lining, Cut edge corrosion and lap sealing and Rooflight replacement
Relined old rusted gutters with metal liner and applied fleece reinforced liquids over. All tails buffed back, primed and two coats of liquids applied. 15 year warranty for both.
